Shasta Twenty-first Century Career Connections is a community-based organization that has evolved from the foundation of School-To-Career.
Our goal is to build on the system of engaging students, parents, educators, businesses, labor and youth- serving organizations to
enhance the academic and career readiness for all youth, culminating in successful transition from high school to postsecondary education and training for careers, continuing education and citizenship.

Improving Transition Outcomes
The Futures Project is a collaborative effort between the Smart Business Resource Center and STC³ that is funded through a national grant.
We are one of 18 communities in the United States involved in researching strategies to help youth successfully transition from high school to adulthood.
The intent of the project is to design a system to improve postsecondary transition for all youth, with a focus on youth with disabilities.
