Business Engagement - Engage employers to provide an array of work-based learning opportunities for youth and youth-serving professionals.

Youth Engagement - Annually engage 40 youth in the Futures Project in career development opportunities, academic development, youth leadership options, and youth development support systems to improve their potential for success with transitions to the workplace and/or continuing education.

Capacity-Building - Organize and/or broker training opportunities for core transition members and business partners that focus on academic development through contextual teaching/learning, integration of Employment Literacy Standards, work-based learning experiences, career development, and youth leadership and self-advocacy skills.

Community Resources - Implement Community Mapping to identify transition resources for youth in our community and the region.
